pleasant stay with attentive staff
The warmth of the staff truly enhanced my stay. They were incredibly friendly, especially Karol and Valerie, always willing to help. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of options that never left me feeling unsatisfied. Additionally, I loved the proximity to excellent dining spots nearby, making it easy to explore local cuisine.
However, the room decor felt a bit dated compared to my expectations.

the staff at courtyards are amazing! so friendly and helpful, especially karol and valerie. the location is ideal, right across from a plaza with fantastic restaurants like outback and a great peruvian spot. the sapphire-blue pool feels like a mini-vacation. loved the breakfast buffet too.

Had a great time with my friends! The breakfast buffet had a very good selection, and the rooms were nice and spacious, perfect for relaxing after exploring places like the local shopping plaza and nearby restaurants. The staff allowed us early check-in, which was super helpful.
The only downside was that the elevator was a bit small and slow during busy hours.

The room was a Deluxe King, super modern and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, seriously didn't want to leave it! Loved the small balcony too, perfect for chill time. Had a nice coffee machine with pods. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. Just wish I could've stayed longer! Bonus points for the friendly staff, especially the maintenance guy who helped me find my lost item. Nice touch!
